These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“Player” or “you”) and EZ Sweeps Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of our Games and Platform through any electronic device, including web, mobile, and tablet interfaces.
PLEASE NOTE: THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE A PROVISION THAT WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, GROUP, OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM AND REQUIRES YOU TO PURSUE DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN A SPECIFIED TIME FRAME. SEE SECTION 23 FOR DETAILS.
By checking the acceptance box during registration, accessing the Games, or creating a Customer Account, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, Responsible Social Gameplay Policy, Online Social Casino Official Rules, Customer Acceptance Policy, KYC Policy, AML/BSA Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms relevant to your participation. You also acknowledge the availability of the Do Not Sell My Personal Information (DNSMPI) link. If you do not agree with any provision, you may not install or use the Platform or play any Game.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase is necessary to obtain Social Coins or participate in Sweepstakes Games. Purchasing Gold Coins does not increase your chances of winning.
ELIGIBILITY: Only Participants located in the United States (excluding the states of Connecticut, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, Delaware, Montana, North Carolina, and Washington) and Canada (excluding Quebec) are eligible to enter the Online Social Casino. Refer to Section 2.1(b) for eligibility details.
RESTRICTED COUNTRIES: The following countries are considered restricted for KYC purposes, and users from these jurisdictions may not be allowed to register or complete the KYC process: Austria, France and its territories, Germany, Netherlands and its territories, Spain, United Kingdom, Union of Comoros, All FATF Blacklisted Countries.
PRIZE EXCHANGE: You can request the exchange of any Prizes by selecting the "Exchange" button on the Platform. Prizes exchanged for gift cards will be sent to the email address registered to your Customer Account or an alternative email address you designate. Prizes exchanged for cash will be paid to the Payment Medium from which you purchased Gold Coins or, if not possible, through an electronic payment to a designated bank account.

DEFINITIONS
All defined terms remain as previously stated, including but not limited to:
Collective Arbitration: Any claim as part of a class, group, collective, coordinated, consolidated, mass, or representative proceeding.
Content: Text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, computer code, and other material used or available as part of the Games and Platform, including Gold Coins and Social Coins.
Customer Account: An account held by a Registered Customer.
Excluded Territory: The states of Washington, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, Delaware, Montana, North Carolina, and Connecticut in the United States; any outlying U.S. territories or possessions; the province of Quebec in Canada; and any jurisdiction outside the United States and Canada.
Fraudulent Conduct: Any conduct described in Section 10.1.
Game: Any one or more games available on the Platform in either Standard Play or Promotional Play. We reserve the right to add or remove Games from the Platform at our sole discretion.
Gold Coin: The virtual social gameplay token enabling you to play Standard Play Games. Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for Prizes under any circumstances.
Inactive Account: A Customer Account that has not recorded any login or logout activity for more than 12 consecutive months.
Merchandise: Any physical goods provided to you by EZ Sweeps Inc. as a reward or as a competition or tournament prize.
Participate: Playing any Games or using our Platform in any manner whatsoever, including any conduct described in Section 2.
Payment Administration Agent: Any related corporate body, affiliate, or third party appointed by us to act as our agent, including but not limited to EZ Sweeps Inc..
Payment Medium: Any card, online wallet, financial/bank account, or other payment medium used to purchase Gold Coins.
Platform: The services provided through any URL or mobile application belonging to or licensed to EZ Sweeps Inc., branded as part of the "EZ Sweeps247.com" family of games, including the website located at https://www.ezsweeps247.com, all subdomains, subpages, successor sites, Games, features, tools, and services available thereon.
Player: Any person who participates, whether or not a Registered Customer.
Player Support Team: The team performing the player support function referred to in Section 19.
Prizes: Prizes won when playing Promotional Play Games (Sweepstakes Games) using Social Coins. Only Social Coins won from participating in Promotional Play Games may be exchanged for valuable rewards in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Promotional Play: Participation in our online social casino promotions by playing any games on the Platform with Social Coins.
Registered Customer: A Player who has successfully registered a Customer Account, whether active or not.
Social Coins: Sweepstakes entries used to participate in Promotional Play Games (Sweepstakes Games). You can obtain Social Coins free of charge when you sign up to the Platform, as daily bonuses when you log into the Platform, via our free alternative methods of entry as set out in Section 5, or as a bonus when you purchase Gold Coins. YOU CANNOT PURCHASE SOCIAL COINS DIRECTLY. Purchasing Gold Coins does not increase your chances of winning in Sweepstakes Games. The odds of winning are the same regardless of the method used to obtain Social Coins.
Standard Play: Participating in any game on the Platform played with Gold Coins. We may give you Gold Coins free of charge when you sign up to the Platform and thereafter at regular intervals when you log into the Platform. You may win more Gold Coins when you play in Standard Play and may purchase more Gold Coins on the Platform. You cannot win Prizes when you participate in Standard Play.
Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.
Third-Party Website: A third-party website not controlled by us.
1. LICENSING AND PROTECTION OF FUNDS
1.1. The online social game known as "EZ Sweeps247.com" is owned and operated by EZ Sweeps Inc. All payments are processed by EZ Sweeps Inc. or any Payment Administration Agent it appoints.
1.2. The online social casino promotions and Prizes offered by EZ Sweeps Inc. are operated by EZ Sweeps Inc..
1.3. Funds equal to the aggregate value of Prizes that Registered Customers have chosen to leave unexchanged are held by EZ Sweeps Inc. in accounts separate from its business account. While steps have been taken to protect such funds, in the event of insolvency, there is no absolute guarantee that any Prizes you have not yet exchanged will be allocated or paid to you.
2. YOUR PARTICIPATION
Restrictions
2.1. You declare and warrant that:
(a) You are over 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in your jurisdiction and are legally allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Platform.
(b) WHEN PARTICIPATING IN:
STANDARD PLAY, YOU DO NOT RESIDE IN OR ACCESS THE PLATFORM FROM THE EXCLUDED TERRITORIES; AND
PROMOTIONAL PLAY, YOU DO NOT RESIDE IN OR ACCESS THE PLATFORM FROM THE EXCLUDED TERRITORIES OR THE STATE OF IDAHO.
(c) You participate in the Games strictly in your personal capacity for recreational and entertainment purposes only.
(d) You participate in the Games on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
(e) All information you provide during the term of these Terms and Conditions is true, complete, and correct, and you will immediately notify us of any changes.
(f) Money used to purchase Gold Coins is not tainted with illegality and does not originate from any illegal activity or source.
(g) You will only use a Payment Medium legally and beneficially owned by you and in your name to purchase Gold Coins.
(h) You understand that no purchase is necessary to obtain Social Coins or to participate in Sweepstakes Games.
(i) Purchasing Gold Coins does not increase your chances of winning in Sweepstakes Games.
(j) You will not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity in relation to your or third parties' participation in any Games and will not use any software-assisted methods or techniques (including bots designed to play automatically) or hardware devices for your participation. We reserve the right to invalidate any participation in the event of such behavior.
(k) You will not purchase Gold Coins from a business or corporate account but only from an account held in your name.
(l) You will not sell or trade for value, or attempt to sell or trade for value, any Merchandise provided to you by EZ Sweeps Inc.
2.2. Gold Coin purchases made from within the states of Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Michigan, Montana, Kentucky, New York, Vermont, North Carolina, Louisiana, Delaware, and Connecticut in the United States will be voided and refunded, minus an administrative fee of up to 10% of the total purchases made by the player, in addition to any charges that may be levied by the bank or financial institution managing the reversal.
2.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. Any person who knowingly breaches this section, including attempts to circumvent restrictions by using VPNs, proxies, or similar services that mask your real location, providing false or misleading information regarding your location or residence, or participating from an Excluded Territory or on behalf of someone in an Excluded Territory, is in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Such actions may constitute fraud and subject you to criminal prosecution.
Eligible Participants
2.4. Employees of EZ Sweeps Inc., any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Games, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.
3. LICENSE
3.1. Subject to your agreement and ongoing compliance with these Terms and Conditions, EZ Sweeps Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Platform and the Content through a supported web browser or mobile device, solely for your personal, private entertainment.
3.2. These Terms and Conditions do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Platform or Content.
3.3. You acknowledge and agree that your license to use the Platform is limited by these Terms and Conditions, and if you do not agree or act in contravention of them, your license to use the Platform (including the Games and Content) may be immediately terminated.
3.4. If the Platform or any Game is deemed illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction, you will not be granted any license and must refrain from accessing the Platform or relevant Game.
4. YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Single Account
4.1. You are allowed to have only one Customer Account, including any Inactive Account, on the Platform. If you attempt to open more than one, all accounts may be suspended or closed, and the consequences described in Section 20.3 may be enforced.
4.2. You must notify us immediately if you notice that you have more than one registered Customer Account. DO NOT CREATE A NEW CUSTOMER ACCOUNT IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE YOUR EMAIL, ADDRESS, OR SURNAME.
Accuracy
4.3. You are required to keep your registration details up to date at all times. If you change your address, email, phone number, or any other contact details or personal information, contact Customer Support via the "Contact Us" link on the Platform to update your details. The name you provide during registration must match your government-issued identification.
Security and Responsibility
4.4. As part of the registration process, you will choose a password to log into the Platform unless you use the Facebook® login facility, in which case your Facebook® password will apply.
4.5. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Customer Account login details and any Payment Mediums are secure and accessible only by you. You accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of your Customer Account, including by minors (which is prohibited).
4.6. You must not share your Customer Account or password with anyone else or do anything that may jeopardize the security of your Customer Account.
4.7. If you become aware of or suspect that your Customer Account security has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
4.8. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and will be held responsible for all uses of your Customer Account, whether authorized by you or not.
4.9. We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your Customer Account by third parties due to your disclosure of your login details.
Account Transfers
4.10. You may not transfer Gold Coins or Social Coins between Customer Accounts, or to or from other Participants. Any attempt to circumvent these prohibitions is grounds for immediate closure of your Customer Account.
Inactive Customer Accounts
4.11. We reserve the right to close your Customer Account if it is deemed an Inactive Account.
Closing of Customer Accounts
4.12. If you wish to close your Customer Account, you may do so at any time by selecting the "Contact Us" link on the Platform and submitting a request. Closing your Customer Account will forfeit all access to any Gold Coins, Social Coins, and unexchanged Prizes associated with your account.
4.13. If the closure is related to responsible social gameplay concerns, please indicate this in your request. Further details are provided in our Responsible Social Gameplay Policy.
4.14. You may be able to reopen your Customer Account by sending a request to Customer Support. All requests will be evaluated by our Customer Support and Compliance teams.
Discretion to Refuse or Close Accounts
4.15. We reserve the right to place limits on, suspend, close, or refuse to open a Customer Account at our sole discretion. If we close your Customer Account pursuant to Section 20.1, the consequences set out in Section 20 shall apply.
5. GAMES
5.1. Rules
Games offered on the Platform may have their own rules, which are available on the Platform. It is your responsibility to read the rules before playing.
5.2. Obtaining Social Coins
(a) No purchase is necessary to obtain Social Coins or to participate in Sweepstakes Games.
(b) You can obtain Social Coins for free through the following methods:
Daily Bonuses: We may give you Social Coins free of charge when you sign up to the Platform and thereafter at regular intervals when you log into the Platform.
Mail-In Option: You may obtain Social Coins by sending a mail-in request to us. Details of this free alternative method of entry are provided on the Platform under our Online Social Casino Official Rules.
No-Cost Giveaways: Participate in no-cost giveaways hosted by us on the Platform or through our social media channels.
(c) Purchasing Gold Coins is not required to obtain Social Coins and does not increase your chances of winning in Sweepstakes Games.
(d) The odds of winning in Sweepstakes Games are the same regardless of the method used to obtain Social Coins.
5.3. Use of Social Coins
(a) Social Coins can only be used to participate in Promotional Play Games (Sweepstakes Games).
(b) Social Coins cannot be directly purchased.
(c) Social Coins cannot be redeemed for cash or Prizes unless they are won from participating in Promotional Play Games.
(d) Only Social Coins won from participating in Promotional Play Games can be redeemed for Prizes, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
5.4. Gold Coin Purchases
(a) Gold Coins are virtual social gameplay tokens enabling you to play Standard Play Games.
(b) Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for Prizes under any circumstances.
(c) You can obtain Gold Coins by:
Receiving them free of charge when you sign up to the Platform.
Receiving daily allocations when you log into the Platform.
Winning them when you play in Standard Play.
Purchasing them on the Platform.
(d) Purchasing Gold Coins does not increase your chances of winning in Sweepstakes Games.
5.5. Gold Coin Purchase Terms
(a) The Payment Medium you use to purchase Gold Coins must be legally and beneficially owned by you. If we discover discrepancies, your Customer Account may be suspended.
(b) We reserve the right to request documents and information to verify ownership of the Payment Medium used.
(c) You agree that we and our Payment Administration Agents may store your payment information to process future purchases.
(d) EZ Sweeps Inc. begins processing a payment for Gold Coins when you click on the "MAKE PAYMENT" button.
(e) No Refunds: Purchases of Gold Coins are final and are not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable. You agree to notify us about any billing problems within 30 days from the date of purchase.
5.6. Gold Coin and Social Coin Balance
(a) You may participate in any Game only if you have sufficient Gold Coins or Social Coins in your Customer Account.
(b) From time to time, we may assign minimum or maximum Gold Coin purchases as specified on the Platform.
(c) Once a Gold Coin purchase has been made, the funds will be drawn from your Payment Medium as soon as practicable.
(d) The purchase of Gold Coins is the purchase of a license that allows you to participate in Standard Play Games and is not the purchase of coins that can be withdrawn.
(e) Gold Coins or Social Coins submitted for play cannot be changed, withdrawn, or canceled.
(f) If any of your purchases are returned, reversed, or charged back, your Customer Account may be suspended.
5.7. Participation Requirements
(a) Unless we require otherwise, any Social Coins allocated to you must be played once before they are eligible to be exchanged as a Prize.
(b) We may, at our discretion, require that any Social Coins allocated to you be played a greater number of times (not exceeding 20) before they can be exchanged as a Prize.
5.8. Void Games
We reserve the right to declare participation in a Game void if we deem that there was an error, mistake, misprint, or technical error.
5.9. Final Decision
In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your device and our server software, the result showing on our server software will be the official result.
6. PROMOTIONS
6.1. All promotions, including Games played in Promotional Play, contests, special offers, and bonuses, are subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms published at the time of the promotion.
6.2. No purchase is necessary to participate in any promotion or to obtain any promotional benefits.
6.3. Purchasing Gold Coins does not increase your chances of winning in any promotion, contest, or Sweepstakes Game.
6.4. The odds of winning are the same for all Customers, regardless of the method of entry.
6.5. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail.
6.6. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to withdraw or modify promotions without prior notice.
6.7. If we believe that a Registered Customer is abusing any promotion, we may withhold, deny, or cancel any advantage, bonus, or Prize.
6.8. You grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any Content you post or publish as part of a promotion, contest, or competition.
7. EXCHANGE OF PRIZES
7.1. Only Social Coins won from participating in Promotional Play Games (Sweepstakes Games) can be exchanged for Prizes.
Prize Exchange Methods
7.2. Subject to these Terms and Conditions:
(a) When you choose to exchange Prizes for gift cards, the gift cards will be sent to the email address registered with your Customer Account or an alternative email address you designate.
(b) When you choose to exchange Prizes for cash, the payment will be made to the Payment Medium from which you purchased Gold Coins or to a designated bank account.
Limits and Fees
7.3. We reserve the right to charge fees for processing the exchange of Prizes and to set a minimum exchange threshold of SC 50 for Prize exchanges.
Credit Card Surcharges: Users may incur additional fees imposed by their credit card providers when processing Prize exchanges using credit cards.
Bank Fees: Transferring funds to your designated bank account may result in fees charged by your financial institution.
7.4. In New York and Florida, the maximum exchange value for a Prize won on any one spin or play is USD $5,000. Any Prize exceeding this amount will be reduced accordingly.
7.5. We reserve the right to limit the value of your Prize exchange to:
(a) Maximum exchange value of USD $10,000 per day; or
(b) Any other amount necessary to satisfy regulatory obligations.
Your Responsibility
7.6. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the email address and payment details you provide are accurate.
7.7. If no valid email address is provided within 30 days of our request, we are not obliged to allocate the gift cards, and the Prizes may be deemed void.
7.8. When exchanging Prizes for cash, ensure your financial institution will accept payment from us.
7.9. We will not make payments into an account or online wallet that does not match your verified name or is not legally and beneficially owned by you.
Currency
7.10. All Gold Coin purchases and direct bank transfer payments are executed in USD.
7.11. All foreign exchange transaction fees, charges, or related costs are your responsibility.
Timing and Frequency
7.12. We process exchange requests in the order received and aim to process them as soon as practicable.
7.13. We will process as many Prize exchanges as requested per Customer Account in any 24-hour period.
7.14. It may take up to 10 business days to process cash payments into your nominated bank account.
Payment Administration Agent
7.15. We may appoint Payment Administration Agents to accept or make payments on our behalf.
8. VERIFICATION, KYC, AND CUSTOMER DUE DILIGENCE (CDD)
8.1. We reserve the right to conduct identity checks, credit checks, and verification procedures (KYC) as part of our compliance with AML/BSA regulations.
8.2. Until KYC/CDD is completed to our satisfaction, Prize exchanges may remain pending, and your Customer Account may be restricted.
8.3. Additional verification measures may apply for high-value or suspicious transactions.
8.4. All personal data for KYC/CDD is handled per our Privacy and GDPR Policies.
(a) Any request for exchange of Prizes will remain pending.
(b) We may restrict your Customer Account.
8.5. Additional verification procedures may be carried out for any cumulative or single exchange of Prizes exceeding USD $2,000.
9. RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMEPLAY
9.1. We actively support responsible social gameplay and encourage the use of various responsible gaming features.
9.2. You may request to take a break, self-exclude, or permanently close your Customer Account. You may also set limits on your purchases, playtime, or Social Coins usage.
9.3. We are committed to supporting responsible social gameplay but are not liable if you continue gameplay and seek to use the Platform to deliberately avoid relevant measures.
10. FRAUDULENT CONDUCT
10.1. You will not, directly or indirectly:
(a) Hack into any part of the Games or Platform.
(b) Attempt to modify or reverse-engineer any part of the Games or Platform.
(c) Introduce viruses, Trojans, worms, spyware, or other harmful material.
(d) Circumvent the structure or navigational function of any Game to obtain unauthorized information.
(e) Engage in any form of cheating or collusion.
(f) Use the Platform to facilitate any illegal money transfer.
(g) Participate in or encourage others to participate in schemes designed to share special offers or identification documents for misleading purposes.
10.2. You must not use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
10.3. If we suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity, your access to the Platform may be suspended immediately, and your Customer Account may be closed.
10.4. If you suspect any unlawful or fraudulent activity by another Player, please notify us immediately.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1. The software, graphics, Platform, and user interface are owned by or licensed to EZ Sweeps Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
11.2. You may only use the software for personal, recreational use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11.3. Your use of the Games and Platform does not provide you with any intellectual property rights.
11.4. You grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any information, images, videos, comments, messages, music, or profiles you publish or upload.
11.5. You must not reproduce or modify the Content without permission.
12. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS

12.1. We are not responsible for Third-Party Websites and make no guarantees about their content or accuracy. Use them at your own risk.
12.2. Some Third-Party Websites may be fraudulent in nature. We do not authorize any third party to offer Gold Coins or Social Coins.
12.3. Third-Party Websites are subject to their own terms and conditions.

12.5. When using social networking sites linked from our Platform, you agree to comply with their terms and not post false, misleading, or defamatory comments.
13. DISRUPTIONS AND CHANGES
No Warranties
13.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no warranties regarding its quality, fitness for purpose, or accuracy.
Malfunctions
13.2. We are not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, or technical issues.
13.3. We accept no liability for damages or losses arising from the use of the Platform.
13.4. In the event of a Platform system malfunction, all Game play is void.
13.5. If a Game fails to conclude due to system failure, we will use reasonable efforts to reinstate the amount of Gold Coins or Social Coins played.
13.6. We reserve the right to remove any part of the Games from the Platform.
Changes to the Platform
13.7. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, remove, or add Content to the Platform at our sole discretion.
Service Suspension
13.8. We may temporarily suspend the Platform for any reason at our discretion.
14. TERRITORIAL AVAILABILITY
14.1. The Platform or any feature may not be available in all territories and jurisdictions. We may change, restrict, or prohibit availability at any time.
15. VIRUSES
15.1. While we take reasonable measures to ensure the Platform is virus-free, we cannot guarantee it. You are responsible for protecting your systems.

18.2. You are responsible for using these services appropriately.
18.3. Spamming, harassment, or offensive behavior on Live Chat is prohibited.
18.4. We reserve the right to monitor and remove content from Live Chat services.
18.5. Violation of Live Chat rules may result in banning or account suspension.
19. COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
19.1. If you have a complaint, contact our Customer Support department via the "Contact Us" form.
19.2. Include your username, full name, detailed explanation, and relevant dates in any communication.
19.3. Our Player Support Team will endeavor to respond within 10 calendar days.
19.4. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may request an external examination by our independent ADR provider, Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS).
20. CLOSURE/SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT
20.1. We reserve the right to suspend or close your Customer Account if we have reason to believe you have engaged in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Having multiple Customer Accounts.
Providing false or misleading information.
Fraudulent conduct or misuse of the Platform.
20.2. If your account is suspended or closed, you will be liable for any claims arising and will indemnify us.
20.3. We may withhold all or part of your balance or recover any Prizes, Gold Coins, or Social Coins attributable to prohibited activities.
21. INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Indemnity
21.1. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities, and damages arising from your participation.
Limitation of Liability
21.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
21.3. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 30 days preceding your claim.
22. EZ SWEEPS INC. IS NOT A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION
22.1. You will not receive any interest in outstanding Prizes and will not treat us as a financial institution.

22.2. We do not provide tax or legal advice. Consult appropriate advisors.
23. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE
Please read this section carefully as it may require you to arbitrate disputes on an individual basis and limit the manner in which you can seek relief.
23.1. Informal Dispute Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting Customer Support.
23.2. Agreement to Arbitrate: You and EZ Sweeps Inc. agree to resolve disputes through final and binding arbitration.
23.3. Opt-Out: You may decline this agreement to arbitrate by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms and Conditions.
23.4. Arbitration Procedures: Arbitration will be administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Rules.
23.5. Class Action Waiver: You agree not to participate in any class, group, or representative action.
24. OTHER
Entire Agreement
24.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your participation.
Amendments
24.2. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication.
Tax
24.3. You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to any Prizes.
Force Majeure
24.4. We will not be liable for any failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control.
No Agency
24.5. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions creates any agency, partnership, or joint enterprise between you and us.
Severability
24.6. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Assignment
24.7. These Terms and Conditions are personal to you and not assignable without our prior written consent.
Business Transfers
24.8. In the event of a change of control, your Customer Account and data may be transferred to the purchaser.
Language
24.9. These Terms and Conditions may be published in several languages. The English version will prevail in case of discrepancies.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
24.10. Subject to Section 23, any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the courts in the United States, and you consent to the venue and jurisdiction of those courts.
AML/BSA COMPLIANCE
We implement AML and BSA-inspired procedures to detect and report suspicious activities. We monitor transactions, conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and may file reports with relevant authorities as required by law. Failure to comply with KYC/AML requirements may lead to account restrictions.
